Starting metal band

I'm a rhythm guitarist in search of a lead guitarist, vocalist, bassist and drummer to start a original hard rock/metal band. I been playing guitar for 5 years and has had some band experience.  Want to stay in the genre and sound of Korn, Avenged Sevenfold, Chimaira, Hatebreed and Lamb Of God. Must be extremely committed and prepared to take the band serious enough to be a career and put 100% of their all into the music. Must have full availability to play as often as possible. Ages between 16-21 male or female are welcome to join, need to have a male vocalist. Doesn't need to be a prodigy, just needs to be good enough to be in a successful metal band.
