So, here is the new blog. I never did so well with my Blogspot thing. So, hopefully this one works out better as I actually frequent http://www.metalreview.com/

So I need some content! Being the pirate of the internet that I am, I think what a good time to share some of my favorite free music via Band/Artist sanctioned downloads. No I am not talking about God-Damn Trent Reznor and his band  "Space Invaders: The Soundtrack" Nine Inch Nails.

I bring you DIS! LINK. A one man band hailing from Indiana with a strange passion for using profanity every chance presented. According to the link you clicked on (if you did not, go ahead and click, I'll wait) it's supposed to be Black Metal. However it sounds as if Devin Townsend and Gene Hoglan donned corpsepaint and made made some fine SYL fueled Black Metal minus the low-fi production. In fact he rips several parts right out of SYL and puts his own blend into it. I said this prior to ever reading the myspace page where the one and only band member pays his homage to the Hevy Devy himself.

He offers his full discography (5ish full length albums) for download(s). I am not just talking the .MP3 files, but album art in large formats, all lyrics in word documents. The whole collection.

You would be shooting yourself in the foot not download it. It's fucking free, and its SYL inspired Black Metal. There is not much more I can say about it.
