Tietze Syndrome is fucking awful

I sure fucking hope I am not stuck with this shit for the rest of my life. Feels like my fucking heart is fighting my lungs. Going to have to spend the rest of the day grimacing on the floor trying not to move.

i suffer from tietze's syndrome too!!!! its bloody awful isn't it.
