Animosity - Empires
Cold War Survivor - Bloodworth
This album is from one of our very own, Wrecking Balls! Just got it in the mail today and now I can finally listen to it after being in class all night.
Novembers Doom - Novella Reservoir
Picked this up in a trade on lala.com. Nice surprise for sure.
Yesterday's Haul:
Lots of November's Doom going around. I never bought any of it, I was always a bit underwhelmed.
From the used bin, all British imports:
Whitesnake -- Live... In the Heart Of The City; Lovehunter; Come An' Get It
From back in the best days of Whitesnake.
Radar: Lots of November's Doom going around. I never bought any of it, I was always a bit underwhelmed.
I've always found them varying shades of average, too.
Picked up some vinyl at a shop by my school.
On my doorstep this morning. Pretty sweet packaging for $8.99
Just hit up best buy for...
Metallica - Death Magnetic (and yeah, cool packaging)
Iced Earth - The Crucible of Man
And something I should have bought YEARS ago...
Suicidal Tendencies - How Will I Laugh Tomorrow
Razorhog: On my doorstep this morning. Pretty sweet packaging for $8.99

I always felt like I should love that band since doom/death is my favorite subgenre but they just never clicked with me either. I even had the original version of Amid Its Hallowed Mirth back in the day but sold it after a while. I think it's impossible to find now.
you folks get a Metallica pin with your Death Magnetic?

Don't hate because I have amazing record stores near me, it balances out the fact that Oakland is a dirty toilet.
