A darker gray would probably look better, yet I really like the contrast. I say keep it the way it is. I like the new look.

I liked the orange/black scheme. I don't know what color works with gray, but I know the last one was much more readable.
i'm gona bump dolphindude's suggestion that we scratch up the background or something so its not just straight gray. otherwise everything else is lookin tits guys, nice work

I would fire up IE7, except for the fact that the Windows update thing forced me to install 8 even though I didn't want to through sheer force of annoyance.
Just tried it in IE7. Its a clusterfuck. At least on my end.
Damn, it looks better in IE8 than it does in Firefox
The logo now stays up top for me, and Write a Post and Sign Out don't cross each other anymore, so everything is a-ok on my end.

Do you mean to 10, mst?& Matt, I don't know how easy or hard this would be to program, or whether anyone else would think it was a good idea - ubt is there any chance of like some sort of notification system within MR itself? For if somebody has started/continued a conversation with you for instance. Feel free to shoot me down if it's a stupid idea or a waste of time .
