Irish black metal outfit Primordial has revealed the front cover artwork for the band's forthcoming new studio album, "Redemption At The Puritan's Hand."

The record will be released in Europe on April 23rd and on April 26th in North America through Metal Blade Records. The group has also revealed the track listing for the record.

1. No Grave Deep Enough
2. Lain With The Wolf
3. Bloodied Yet Unbowed
4. God's Old Snake
5. The Mouth Of Judas
6. The Black Hundred
7. The Puritan's Hand
8. Death Of The Gods

So, the decided to use a frog in an ice cube as cover art.

Well, that's not far from my blind description. Anyway, I really, really look forward to this. Hopefully they'll release a sample tune soon.

I hope my expectations aren't too high for this one. I mean, they haven't failed me yet, so this should obviously be a winner. Really excited to hear it.

I think they're not even able to make a bad record. Everything they have ever released has been top-notch, and The Gathering Wilderness is one of the greatest albums in the history of metal, as far as I'm concerned.

Storm Before Calm was my first taste when it came out, so I've always had a soft spot for that one, but again I've enjoyed just about everything they've done.

I'm guessing the new album will make me want to stand atop rolling hills and envision my enemies dying horrific deaths for wrongfully falling a cross-selection of my brothers-in-arms.
